The float of the air release valve is made of low‑density PP material. This material will not deform even after long‑time immersion in high‑temperature water, so the float can move freely without jamming.
The float lever is made of hard plastic. Movable connections are adopted between the lever, the float and the support seat. Therefore, no rusting will occur during long‑term operation, which would otherwise cause system failure and water leakage.
The sealing end face of the lever is spring‑supported. It can expand and contract correspondingly with the movement of the lever to guarantee tight sealing under non‑venting conditions.
Installation of Air Release Valve
It is recommended to install the air release valve together with an isolating valve. In this way, the system can remain sealed and prevent water outflow when the air release valve needs to be removed for maintenance.
